This pickup would make a great daily driver for someone! I learned to drive stick with this. Has six cylinder four speed. Shifting back into first gear is a little tricky at a rolling speed. I skip first gear and go right into second. Shifting into first is good at a dead stop. This has never bothered me. Never had any problems starting it this summer. Haven't noticed oil leaks in the garage. Had quite a bit of work put into this pickup. Carb kit, clutch slave, clutch master, battery, tires, headlights, taillights, flat glass, Custom Cab emblems, seat upholstery and misc odds and ends. I have an NOS windshield seal I will send with this pickup. The windshield is not cracked, but has small spots of fog. Floor boards have some rust (as shown in pics underneath truck), but previous owner put sheet metal to cover. The floor is solid the way it sits now. I haven't noticed any other rust damage. Overall, this pickup is very nice! It gets a lot of attention at the car shows. My plan was to finish the windshield and clear coat the pickup, but I have no time whatsoever. Has clean Minnesota title.
Please do not call asking for parts off whole vehicles. My phone floods with calls from guys looking for parts. It’s frustrating. We are not a salvage yard. Parting cars leaves the guy who buys the whole car scrambling to find these parts that I sold. I will not do it!
All vehicles are being sold in as-is condition. We do not warranty them. We do our best to give the most accurate descriptions and will disclose any information we know about the vehicle. Keep in mind, these vehicles are over 60 years old. We did not buy them new. They have been passed around several times, sat in fields or barns for most their life span and been pulled around by who knows what. They are by far perfect! Please ask us for more photos if you are unsure about the condition. Getting photos of the underside of a vehicle is difficult as we do not have a car lift.
Buyers can make payment at any time. For eBay customers, full payment is required within 48 hours of purchasing. After the 48 hours, a case will be opened against you. We accept check, money orders, Paypal and all major credit cards. There is a 3% charge for all Paypal and credit card charges. If buyer is to mail a money order or check, a tracking number (USPS or UPS) is required within the first 48 hours of purchasing. For non-eBay customers, a non-refundable deposit can also be made. A deposit will hold a vehicle for 7 days. After the 7 days, buyer will lose deposit and vehicle will be held for resale. Buyer has 30 days from the time of making full payment to collect vehicle, unless prior arrangements with us are made. After 30 days, buyer will lose vehicle and any money paid. We do not refund money. We are not a storage facility and need the space for new inventory. Like any other car dealer, once a car is paid for, it’s yours!
Transporting vehicle is your responsibility. We can assist in finding transport and loading vehicle. We have a skidsteer on site, but cannot drive the skidsteer onto their trailer or lift vehicle up. Please find a transporter that has a flatbed trailer and winch. We’ve had problems with transporters coming with double decker trailers. These aren’t the most suitable in hauling these old non-running vehicles.
Some of our vehicles do not have titles. The titles were lost several years ago and the vehicles were abandoned. We can apply for and receive a title, at an additional cost, for a vehicle if it’s bought at full asking price. The process to receive a title back from the Minnesota DMV takes between 6 and 9 months. Vehicles must be collected in the 30 day period, weather or not we do apply for those titles. We then will mail the title to you.
