European Motor Studio is excited to offer this exceptional 1988 Porsche 928S4 GT finished in Indischrot over Black leather. After completion at the Stuttgart factory in November of 1987, Porsche invoiced the car to North America where it sold new at Porsche in Smyrna Georgia on June 30, 1988. The car then moved to Palm Beach Florida in 1990 where it would live until moving to Monterey California in 2013. This 928 has traveled a mere 26,910 documented miles since new. The original Indischrot paint is in excellent condition showing very well for its age with a good luster and depth. Minor stone chips in the lower portion of the nose and one small touch up spot (dime size) on the driver fender. The car has excellent factory panel gap fitment all the way around with original VIN tags still intact and absolutely no rust in the body or undercarriage. All of the glass and the trim look to be completely original showing no signs of damage or fading and the original Porsche wheels have just been re-powder coated with brad new tires. The interior shows almost no wear on the original undyed leather seats. The driver bolster shows minimal creasing and no issues with cracking or fading. The dash and binnacle are in outstanding condition with no cracks or warping and the center console is in excellent condition also with no warping or cracks. All of the carpets show excellent with no stains or wear marks and the steering wheel has minimal age on the leather. All of the electronics are operating as designed including the power windows, central locking, AC, heater, power sunroof, power seats, front and rear windshield wipers, power mirrors and all of the dash lights and exterior lights function as they should. The 5.0 liter Porsche built V8 engine is an outstanding performing machine. It starts right up and idles smoothly and does not smoke under start up or acceleration. There are no visible leaks under the car and the engine has just had a fluid and filter change. The V8 pulls incredibly strong and very smooth with good easy shifts from the gearbox. Brand new brakes and rotors on all four corners have just been done and they feel excellent. The steering and suspension have an excellent tight responsive feel and the ride is excellent. This is a beautiful running and driving Porsche 928S4 that has traveled only 26,000 miles from new. Accompanied with the sale of this 928 is the original owners hand book and the original factory warranty and service booklet with service history and stampings, 2 keys, original tool kit, jack and spare and a clear Carfax and title.
