1972 Jaguar XJ6 The XJ was the flagship, full-size, luxury cruisers
sold by Jaguar. It had a long history, with the first model
released in 1968, and the model has been featured in countless
media and high profile appearances. The Series 1 was introduced in
September 1968, produced in Coventry, England with a total of
59,077 XJ6 4.2 litre short wheelbase cars produced. Power-assisted
steering and leather upholstery are standard the 4.2 L.This
particular model was found in the sleepy little town of Penguin,
Tazmania in Austrialia where the previous owner used her as a
wedding car, prior to it being imported to become part of our
