Vehicle Description
Extra, extra clean 55,000 mile car with some cool upgrades- bigger
motor, bigger trans and yes- bigger wheels!
EXTERIOR: Wow the closer I look at this car the more imptessed I
am. It is in outstanding condition. I bought it at a car show in
Nashville, the seller said it was the nicest car in the whole show.
I thought sure that's what they all say. Now that I'm really taking
my time and looking at it closely I would have agreed with him.
Outstanding rust free body with excellent fit. Doors click shut
with one finger, I love that. Paint is a smooth glossy finish far
better then new. Upfront the headlight bezels, stainless trim,
emblem and bumper are brilliant shiny chrome. Highness are still
the original T-3s. In back the stainless moldings, emblems,
taillight bezels and bumper shine like mirrors. The rest of the
stainless and chrome around the car are mint too. Glass is all
clear. Windows, including the rear, roll up and down like a hot
knife through butter. Jambs are mint, bottom of doors have that
clean edge. Weatherstrips are soft. The staggered size wheels
really give it a custom look. Has 20s in back and 18s in front.
Performance tires all around.
INTERIOR: Outstanding condition. This was a stripped down, no
frills car. Radio delete, basic steering wheel and the coolest part
of the interior- no carpet, it has the original rubber mat. What's
cool is it is not just plain rubber, it has design and the Pontiac
logos and it's in excellent shape. There probably isn't another one
this good in the country. The upholstery and door panels are mint.
The headliner is tight as a drum and not a mark on it. The dash
area is brand new looking. The little chrome around each gauge, the
knobs are sparkling. Lenses are crystal clear, the dash pad is
mint. There are three, neatly installed white face gauges.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Big clean original metal trunk with a nice coat
of spatter paint.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It's very clean and tidy. All the black metal
has a nice satin finish. Brackets, pulleys, firewall, fan shroud is
all tidy. It's been upgraded with the bigger 350 motor and
Edelbrock aluminum intake with a big dual feed Holley carb and
electric choke. It's dressed up with some chrome Pontiac valve
covers and a chrome air cleaner. Newly upgraded power brake system,
dual reservoir master and new lines.
UNDERSIDE: No rust. The lower inner 1/4s and rickers still have the
rubber flaps over the factory drain holes. Up front it has new disc
brake upgrade with drilled rotors (they look great through the
wheels). Has sway bar, lower ball joints are new. Bottom of motor
is spotless, new starter. In back it has sway bar and air shocks.
Great sounding dual Flowmaster exhaust system.
Very unique car that is still cool. Understated, no scoops, stripes
or GTO emblems. Nice subtle color. The wheels give it all the pop
it needs. The quality is it's most attractive asset!
