Vehicle Description
This is a real code #138 Chevelle SS396 Coupe with black bucket
seat interior which has been tastefully restored and modified. The
black paint and chrome are in very good condition, the black bucket
seat interior is just as nice and includes a Hurst floor shifter
and a center console with the optional clock. The engine
compartment is nicely detailed, with a new aluminum radiator,
master cylinder and brake booster, the original 396 cubic inch Big
Block has been replaced with a NOM 454 cubic inch that has a few
upgrades such as an Edlebrock intake and headers. The power is
transmitted through a Muncie 4 speed manual transmission to 3.73
Positraction rear-end. Besides the power train replacement it has
also undergone a color change, the trim tag indicates that it was
originally Aztec Bronze with a beige interior and vinyl top. Even
though it's not a numbers matching car , it is a real SS, and looks
fantastic, it has a very nice stance with Rally wheels, BFG raised
white letter tires and a great Big Block sound.
