Vehicle Description
The Dodge Charger is one of the most beloved and respected muscle
cars of all time. The second generation B-body is arguably one of
the greatest and well known designs of all time. Totally redesigned
for 1968, the new body retained its full-width hidden headlight
grille, but a vacuum operated cover replaced the electric motor
rotating headlights. New "flying buttress" greenhouse, kick up rear
spoiler, and double diamond "coke-bottle" were revolutionary for
the model. A wide range of engines were offered with the top being
the 426cid Hemi V8 engine.
GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this gorgeous 1970 Charger
500 for your consideration. This lovely car is finished in Dark
Green Metallic and is in excellent shape. The car was restored in
2011 and given a fresh coat of paint on top of the rest of the car.
The exterior is stunning, with great chrome and black vinyl top,
full width grill, dual exhaust, and Magnum 500 wheels on BF
Goodrich tires. The interior was professionally redone two years
ago and features very nice black vinyl and cloth bucket seats. The
dash is in great shape and even features the original radio.
Powered by the stout 383cid V8 mated to an automatic transmission,
this car is an excellent and features power steering and power
brakes. The engine bay is very clean and it features a recent tune
up as well as an Offenhauser manifold. The car is fully numbers
matching with the correct engine, transmission, and rear end. A
beautiful driver and head turner, this Green Machine will be sure
