Vehicle Description
1969 Corvette Coupe Original Color Code 980 Riverside Gold with
Original 420 Code Saddle Vinyl Interior. Correct Dated Tripower
427/400hp with 4 Speed Transmission. Features include Rare Factory
Air Conditioning, Transistor Ignition, Power Steering, Power
Brakes, Power Windows, Seat Belts, Original AM/FM Radio, and Rally
Wheels with BFGoodrich White Letter Radials. Most all factory
correct type components inside and under the hood including proper
stainless braided Plug Wires, Ignition Shielding, Transistor Tach
Drive Distributor, Air Conditioning Components, Radiator, Safety
Belt and Idler Pulley, Dated Alternator, and more. This one has
been out west most of its life and the undercarriage is proof of a
dry climate and easy life. In addition, the previous owner did
extensive research into its history and found that he was the 4th
owner and that the engine was rebuilt and ""decked"" in the process
back in the early 80's. Amazingly he even spoke to the machine shop
that did the work! Point is that we would have believed this car
still retains its original block based on the casting and date
codes- and now that we're armed with the story behind the bare
front pad, it's that much more convincing.
