Vehicle Description
Sleek, powerful, and absolutely unique, this 2011 Diva Roadster
blends vintage and modern to create one of the most unique sports
cars you can get your hands on right now.
The body looks like it came from a Lotus; the rear fenders are wide
enough for a Shelby Cobra; the front is vintage midget racing; and
the powder coated side exhaust and solid Centerline wheels are pure
competition charm. And because this blend of iconic classic style
is wrapped in a modern cobalt blue, the result is a machine that
instantly stands out everywhere. This is a very bold package, but
don't forget to get in close to inspect the great details. The
front suspension is painted white to match the side pipes; it has
full cycle fenders; and the overall fit of the fiberglass body is
quite tight. So while the Diva is already a rare machine, this one
will also get plenty of attention just for its quality
appearance.
Just like a Shelby Cobra, the interior is built to be an open-air
driving experience. That's why you have comfortable but durable
leather bucket seats. This one focuses on the driver with a Hurst
shifter, full Stewart Warner gauge package, and a classic sports
steering wheel mounted on a Bell quick disconnect for easier use.
Plus, the machined turned metal dash offers plenty of extra flair
while never spoiling this competition-ready atmosphere. And while
this is all build to look great out in the elements, a
tight-fitting cockpit tonneau snaps into place for easy
storage.
Under the hood is more great custom work that respects the classic
heritage. It starts with a Buick 215 cubic-inch aluminum V8. This
stout hot rodder favorite has been bored and stroked to 289ci total
and given a 10.4:1 compression ratio. Plus, it has been enhanced
and fortified further with a Crower camshaft, large Holley
four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock aluminum intake, HEI ignition,
and classic Offenhauser valve covers. That terrific set of headers
coming out of the side feed a rumbling H-pipe dual exhaust. But if
you really want to bring the thunder, all you have to do is remove
the cutouts for a truly raucous set of side pipes. And as you check
out the undercarriage photos, you're going to see more great
competition inspired elements. This includes the strong A-arm front
suspension w/adjustable coilovers, four-link rear end, the
reinforced chassis, and four-wheel disc brakes.
This is the kind of machine that gives you the fun and power of a
Shelby Cobra, but with far more distinction and a smaller price.
That sounds like a winning combination, so don't miss out. Call
