Real-Deal 1964 Chevrolet Impala SS with its Original "Born With"
409c.i. 425hp/425lb-ft V8 engine and factory-installed 4-Speed
Manual Transmission. Built the second week of July 1964, this
pristine example is impeccably finished in a gorgeous two-tone
Silver-Blue Metallic/Ermine White combination over an equally
stunning Blue interior. Powered by the highly desirable, extremely
rare, and wickedly robust 409 cubic-inch 425hp/425lb-ft V8 engine,
with Carter AFB 'Dual-Quads' for fuel delivery. With the original
drivetrain and the prominence of the SS badge, this example is a
dream come true.This Impala SS features 3.36 rear end gears,
numbers matching drivetrain, power steering, power drum brakes,
5-spoke American Racing wheels (original wheel cover included),
mostly original bright trim, original glass (sans windshield),
bucket seats, console, factory tachometer, correct rubber mats, new
trunk and floor pans, fully finished undercarriage with correct red
oxide paint and blue overspray, all new interior by Chapman
Upholstery in Mt. Vernon, updated with .030 over engine rebuild
with Rodd forged pistons/Crane cam, roller rockers, Hurst shifter,
aux gauges, and stainless Magnaflow exhaust. Full frame-off
restoration completed Spring of 2016. Sheet metal work was done by
IJM in Ferndale and painted by Seaside Autobody in Anacortes. It's
been driven 3,000 miles since restoration (receipts and pictures
available). It has a fully furnished engine bay, undercarriage, and
trunk. The panel fit is outstanding and it truly drives better than
