Vehicle Description
Here's your chance on a special pony that's so barely broken in
that you still get a warranty! This 2013 Ford Mustang Boss 302 has
bold paint, less than 3,700 miles on the odometer, a spotless A/C
interior, and a performance-bred 32-valve 5.0-liter Coyote V8 that
still has a home in brand new Mustangs.
The paint you can't take your eyes off of is called Gotta Have It
Green. This absolutely lives up to its name because this low
mileage youngster still has its showroom shine. Ford has really
found a great look when they resurrected the Boss 302 name for a
special run of cars. Not only does the paint have even more
radiance than the famous Grabber colors, but they recreated the
iconic Boss striping package perfectly. It looks like the wind
formed this black streak as it runs up the hood, spreads to the
sides, and then runs the full profile. Plus, with the full blackout
package on the front air dam, grille, spoiler, rear panel, and Ford
Racing 19-inch alloys, this is well-coordinated intimidation. The
details are also aggressive with a full body kit, power bulge GT
hood with vents, and even a special gas cap body proclaiming this
is the boss. So it's no wonder this example has been kept in such a
showroom fresh condition. And with the extended warranty, you're
looking at a coupe that's still covered until 36k miles or
2020.
With such little mileage, it's no surprise that the special Boss
302 Recaro sport seats are in excellent condition. This is a true
driver's machine, so you get a grippy sports steering wheel, and
beyond that is a 4.2-inch LCD screen between the speedo and tach.
This readout can be adjusted to tell you everything from fuel
economy to g-forces in a turn. Your right hand will love the Barton
short throw shifter. This one even had the rear seat removed
(available with the sale,) and it has the optional Laguna Seca
brace installed for weight savings and better rigidity. But while
this is a competition-inspired machine, it's also a loaded Mustang.
It includes air conditioning, power windows, power locks, cruise
control, and keyless entry. The radio is a AM/FM/CD/XM stereo with
modern hookup for your iPod and Bluetooth. Speaking of modern
conveniences, you also get the safety of dual front airbags, side
airbags, ABS, and stability control. But your favorite feature is
going to be the special Track Key that unleashes the full power of
this modern beast.
With four cams, 32-valves, and 5.0-liters, the Coyote V8 is one of
the best modern engines of our time. The special Boss motor was
massaged to be more powerful than the GT, so it's great to see this
original power plant in such a factory fresh condition. It produces
a blistering 444 horsepower, and you have full control over this
performance V8 and its growling soundtrack thanks to the six-speed
manual transmission. In fact, speaking of control, the full Boss
package includes great competition-inspired components like Ford
Racing lowering springs, Ford Racing one-piece driveshaft, and the
original Torsen real differential package. You can see all these
upgrades so well, because the undercarriage is so fresh that the
factory stickers are still clearly visible. Of course, with every
driving convenience from power steering to four-wheel disc brakes,
we know you won't be able to resist adding to the odometer of the
speedy pony.
The sale comes with everything a future classic like this needs,
including the original window sticker, bill of sale, owner's manual
packet, and maintenance records. We'll be telling the legend of
these Boss 302s for decades to come, so this is a rare opportunity
to get one that's so fresh, it's still under warranty. Call
