For Sale: 1957 Chevrolet 210 in Concord, North Carolina

Vehicle Description

Here's a 1957 Chevrolet that's presented in nothing but black and chrome. So you can look at all the upgrades on the engine, interior, and suspension, but we already know an icon like this has you hooked.

The Tri-Five Chevys are legendary, and the final-year '57 is arguably the best of the breed. With its dual jet-inspired hood ornaments and iconic bumper/grille combo, everyone instantly takes notice the moment a car like this 210 arrives. Plus, the trim was perfect at doing everything from highlighting the sporty dip in the profile to drawing more attention to the sharp tailfins. The reason you can see it so well on this one is because it offers the ideal mix of terrific panel fit, a glossy black presentation, and a complete bright work package. And just to make this even more of a standout total package, they added a set of 15-inch Rally wheels that signal this is an upgraded classic.

Inside the black and chrome continues. In fact, the same color combo that instantly draws your attention to front end is the same that makes the dash unforgettable. But more than just an iconic classic, this was given some key upgrades to keep it comfortable in modern times. For example, the black seats now have comfortable tweed inserts for where you sit. These nicely coordinate with the door panels for a very uniform presentation. Both the three-spoke sports steering wheel and full auxiliary gauge trio follow the car's black and chrome theme, they are also indicators this is a nice driver's classic.

Under the hood is more of that great black joined by polished components. But the boldest pieces in the darkness (and almost the only other color in this car) is the engine block. This is quite important, because after all, the Tri-Five Chevys launched the iconic small block motor. So it's great to see such a fresh presentation of the largest displacement available for this generation under the hood. But this is no ordinary 283 cubic-inch V8. It takes advantage of plenty of performance enhancements, including 327 heads, a large Holley 650 CFM four-barrel carburetor, and an Edelbrock aluminum intake. So this upgraded V8 offers plenty of extra rumble from the dual exhaust. More than just powerful, this is a true driver. That's why you have a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, and the grip of BF Goodrich T/As. Plus, this 210 also has some more recent extra upgrades like the front sway bar and front disc brakes.

This is an awesome cruiser that respects its history in all the right places and upgrades where you want them most. Don't miss this well-balanced icon. Call now!
