2005 Chrysler Crossfire Limited Coupe

In the days when Daimler and Chrysler had no "and" between their
names, the American partner was able to freely access German
engineering and technology. There's no better proof of the benefits
of that collaboration than the Chrysler Crossfire. The automobile
was conceived and designed by Chrysler, but it was manufactured in
Germany. Built on the Mercedes R170 platform, the Crossfire shared
80% of its components with the then-current Mercedes SLK320 sports
car. This included its 18-valve, 3.2-liter single-overhead-cam
engine producing 230 horsepower and 229 pound-feet of torque. The
Crossfire Limited Coupe offered here is equipped with a 5-speed
automatic transmission, standard air conditioning, powered rear
spoiler, and full audio.

Boasting Inferno Red Crystal Pearl paint-with the trademark satin
stainless-steel front-windshield surround-over classic black
leather, this car is further distinguished by a very low-mileage
ownership history, all of it in Michigan. At under 2,000 miles per
year over its lifetime, it is evident that this has been a loved
vehicle since delivery, truly "garage kept." The underside of the
car (shown in multiple photographs in the gallery) is nearly
spotless. The engine bay is similarly tidy, and the car's Mercedes
parentage is evident in the look of the V6. Interior trim appears
showroom-new with no traces of misuse or lack of care. The factory
wheels-18-inch in front and 19s in the rear-are free of curb rash,
and the characteristic twin square center-rear exhaust outlets are
virtually without wear. It is no exaggeration to say that this
