Vehicle Description
1969 Can-Am White Corvette convertible with black interior and two
tops, a white soft top and a black vinyl covered auxiliary
removable hardtop, L46 350/350hp engine, M20 4 speed manual
transmission, 3.55:1 positraction rear end and rear window
defogger. The car was originally delivered by Gibson Chevrolet in
South Holland, Illinois and has a copy of the original build sheet
and tank sticker and owner history indicating that it has always
been titled in Illinois. It was recently painted and a few years
ago went through a very major maintenance program, the repairs
included; a suspension rebuild with all new bushings, shocks, ball
joints, shock absorbers and alignment, the brakes have been
replaced with new rotors, calipers, pads and master cylinder, the
transmission has been rebuilt and a new clutch installed. The stock
carburetor has been rebuilt, most of the engine gaskets replaced,
the gas tank was replaced and a new exhaust system installed. In
the interior the seats have been reupholstered with new seat covers
and foam, the carpets and weather stripping replaced. Mechanically
this Corvette is very sound and drives very well, the no hit body
and frame are very straight. This is an opportunity to own a
desirable chrome bumper C3 Corvette at very reasonable price.
