He used to own this 2003 Cobra Replica that we are proud to offer at MotoeXotica Classic Cars. Reportedly, this car has never been raced. Its previous owner, a 75-year-old, must have preferred cruising in it. He noted that no donor car parts were used during this car's construction and while it is a replica '66 Cobra, it is titled as a 2003 Special Construction model, with a Colorado state assigned VIN #. Finished in an eye-popping Canary Yellow with dual black racing stripes, the car's paint and trim are in overall excellent condition. The windshield is clear and intact, the lights are in very good condition and the bodywork is straight and solid. The car's engine bay is extremely tidy, the battery appears new and the front bumperettes look great, with a driver's side roll bar only. Under the forward-hinged hood is a fully-chromed big block 454 CID big-block Chevy V-8 with 10:1 compression and it is understood to make 485 horsepower! It has GM high-performance heads yet runs on pump gas and it breathes via dual side exit four-into-one exhaust pipes. Backing the big 454 is a Tremec six-speed manual transmission with an 8.8-inch rear end and 4.10 gearing. Driver convenience features include four-wheel-disc brakes. This Cobra has QA1 coils overs and a fully-adjustable rear suspension. This car rolls on five-spoke Cobra alloy wheels, surrounded by Kumho Ecsta radials, size 235/40ZR17 in front and 245/45ZR17 in back. The tires are in excellent order while the wheels are in overall very good condition. Inside, the brown leather bucket seats with racing harnesses are in very good shape, while the matching brown carpet is present with AMP, Fuel Gauge and speedo/Odometer inoperable. There's a three-spoke aftermarket steering wheel with a tilt column from Flaming River. The instrument panel, with Stewart Warner gauges plus an Auto Meter speedometer, is in excellent order while the inner door liners look good. Topping the gear shift lever is a cue ball. There's even a scale model of the car included. VIN: 1D47027C0L0 This car is currently located at our facility in St. Louis, Missouri. Current mileage on the odometer shows xx,xxx miles.
