Big engine, little body= American muscle car! A 383 stuffed in a
Dart certainly meets that criteria.
EXTERIOR: Bright red paint with scoops, spoiler and stripes, it
pops. Paint is polished smooth and glossy. The body is straight.
The 1/4 panel seam is showing on driverside sail panel. Rear bumper
is rechromed, front is bright original. Grill is repainted,
stainless trim is nice. Weatherstrips and window seals are
replaced, windshield looks new. Has red painted rims with poverty
hubcaps. White letter tires look new.
INTERIOR: The carpet, headliner and door panels are replaced. Dash
area and steering wheel are nice. Upgraded high-back bucket seats.
Has aftermarket gauges and tachometer. Upgraded stereo.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Very nice looking under the hood. Engine bay
and underside of hood has a nice coat of red paint. The motor is
very clean and tidy, has an aluminum Edelbrock intake and carb.
Alternator looks new. Its kept cool with aluminum radiator,
aluminum water pump and external trans cooler. Has dual snorkle air
cleaner with crinkle paint and pie pan emblem.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Painted red. Has brand new matching spare tire,
new mat.
UNDERSIDE: Floors look solid. Has welded in frame connectors for a
more solid feel. Custom Hooker custom exhaust system. Trans has
oversized finned aluminum pan. Motor is clean even from underneath,
has new freeze plugs. Rear end is clean and painted. Has air
shocks.
