Now for sale in our Houston showroom is this beautiful 1967
Chevrolet Camaro convertible! This awesome car is finished in
Butternut Yellow with black vinyl interior. A color found on about
12.5% of Camaro vehicles made this first model year. 1966 was when
the Camaro came to life, appearing in dealerships in September of
that year. It was a massive success for Chevrolet as we all know,
utilizing their brand new F-body platform. Powering this classic is
the entry level 230 CID I6 engine. The I6 was the least powerful of
the engine options available, but it was definitely the smoothest
and most efficient. If you are looking for a gorgeous weekend
cruiser or something to take to a car show, but aren't obsessed
with crazy hp figured and winning races, then this is probably the
engine for you. This car was left as an I6 due to the fact that the
engine and transmission are numbers matching and the owner wanted
to preserve its originality. You will notice that this car has the
RS appearance package too. This includes the hidden headlights,
revised taillights with back-up lights under the rear bumper, RS
badging, and exterior bright trim. There were tons of options in
1967 for the Camaro including 80 factory and 40 dealer options
which could be had on 3 different trim levels. This one is
outfitted with an AM radio, manual convertible top, hub caps, power
steering and vinyl interior. Don't miss your chance to own this
beautiful car. Contact Gateway Classic Cars in Houston for more
information. Financing and shipping options are available. Office
