Now for sale in our Houston Showroom is this completely restored
1980 Jeep CJ-7. This CJ-7 is like none you have seen before. After
going through a complete body off restoration this classic Jeep is
physically brand new. The "CJ" is short for Civilian Jeep as these
classic machines were originally designed for WWII and were
referred to as Willy's from '44-'53. From '53 to '70 Kaiser was the
result of a big merger between Willy's and an independent
automaker. This CJ-7 is powered by a strong and rebuilt 258 CID I6
done by S&S Auto. The T150 3-Speed manual transmission was also
rebuilt with everything being down around 5,000 miles ago. The list
of new components is miles long and includes items like: •
Centerforce Dual Clutch • Custom Built Roll Cage • Borla Headers &
Exhaust • TuffStuff Brake Booster Kit • Delta Headlights • Wide
Trac CJ Axles • Howell Fuel-Injection Kit • Stainless Steel body
kit • Radiator overflow tank • Mooq upper and lower ball joints •
Stainless Steel Spectra Fuel Tank • Crown Automotive Power Steering
Pump • 4" Moore Lift kit • Detroit True Trac Limited Slip
Differential • Dana 30 rear end • OEM Steering Column • Custom
one-piece axel Kit • Currie Heavy Duty Steering System • Genright
Aluminum Fender Flare Kit • Aluminum Radiator The list goes on for
this mean machine with the most noticeable feature being the Kevlar
paint. The color is Audi Sepang Blue and really makes this jeep a
unique classic. The Kevlar paint is fully capable of withstanding a
hard ride off-road and looks great rolling down the highway. The
Jeep also features a Smittybilt X20 10,000 lb capacity winch
strapped to the front bumper. This Jeep sits on a set of 17" XD
Crank wheels paired with 35" Wrangler MTR tires. Moving onto the
inside of the Jeep you will find the seats have been nicely
upholstered with minimal wear. The jeep even has a bonus back seat
for the rest of the family to enjoy a nice off-road riding. This
Jeep is absolutely a one of a kind build and is worth seeing in
person. For more information on this 1980 Jeep CJ7 for sale, to see
