Defender 110. Clean autocheck with no odometer issues, accidents,
etc. Collector grade. Enthusiast owned and babied.
This is the storied 110 for the North American market of which only
534 were produced. 500 for the US market, 25 for the Canadian
market (labeled CDN/xx) and 9 prototypes (labled LRNA X/9)...
This Defender has lived in southern California for the past approx.
20 years and has recently benefited from some meticulous attention
to detail and proper maintenance.
HISTORY
SPECIFICS / BUILD INFORMATION
EXTERIOR
-Original spare wheel cover with additional swing out spare
carrier.
-Original steel wheels. (x5)
-Michelin tires showing little wear (less than 6K miles of
use).
-Rare factory Warn Winch option.
-Exterior glass seals all appear in good shape.
-Original NAS external roll cage and basket.
INTERIOR
-All original interior in excellent condition showing to be period
correct with no stains or tears in all seating surfaces.
-All original small covers, pads, kick plates (original cardboard),
knobs and switches are there with nothing missing.
-Original dash and gauges.
-Tools, jack and fire extinguisher mounted under center row seating
(see pics).
-Air conditioning. Blows cold with recent servicing.
-Headliner meticulously restored using original material.
Additionally, 3 interior dome lights were added giving better
interior illumination the the original single unit.
-Newer interior mats for front and center row seating, rear load
space rubber mat is in good shape.
-Rear side facing seating all works and is in excellent shape.
-Rear door has proper NAS grey tool kit which includes all the
right tools and gloves.
MECHANICAL
-Factory 3.9L V8.
-Five speed transmission.
-Power steering.
-Power brakes.
-Extensive maintenance and receipts.
Recent mechanical work and upgrades:
-AC switch replacement wit correct factory version.
-Heater core and Heater valve were replaced new (2016).
-Water pump and pulley replaced with new (2016).
-Fuel injectors (8), Fuel Filter and spark plugs (8) (2016).
-Clutch Master Cylinder and new fuses (2015).
-Pinion Seal, Sway Bar Link, Sway Bar Bushings (2017).
-New Battery (2016).
-Evaporator replaced with correct part (no bypass), (2017).
DISCLOSURE
-There are a few chips / imperfections in the paint. Some typical
defender metal oxidation at bottom of doors. Bulkhead, floor seams
and frame all solid. (See detailed pictures)
