Jeep took the competition of the heated SUV market in 1984 when it
introduced the Grand Wagoneer. The Grand Wagoneer offered
refinement and luxury to its long successful Wagoneer. Plush
carpet, power options and signature leather and cloth seating were
offered standard, and its classic design and reliable mechanicals
made them the desired choice among many when purchasing a 4 door
SUV. The best and most desirable of these were Chrysler built
between 1987 and 1991. These trucks had the most refinement, best
colors and upgrades.
The 1990 Jeep Grand Wagoneer offered here is a two owner vehicle
that was sold new and remained in Helena Montana until our recent
acquisition. The truck features just 97747 miles since new and
remains in excellent highly original condition throughout. The
Silver Star paint, trim, glass, and wood grain all remain in
excellent condition. The original interior is wonderful as the
leather remains supple, the seat inserts are excellent, the carpet
is still plush and the truck shows all the signs of consistent care
and cleanliness. The full frame and undercarriage are excellent and
the engine bay very tidy. Options include 5.7 liter V8, automatic
transmission, Shift on the Fly 4wheel Drive, Aluminum Wheels, Air
Conditioning, Power Windows Power Seats, Power Steering, Power
Brakes, Roof Rack, Fog Lights, Tilt Steering Wheel, Front Bucket
Seats with Fold Down Arm Rest, Shoulder Belts, Remote Mirrors,
Cruise Control, Rear Defrost and Power Rear Window. etc.
Mechanically the truck is excellent in all areas, drives excellent,
smooth with proven reliability.
The last generation of Jeep's Grand Wagoneer remains hugely popular
among classic SUV enthusiasts. Considered the "Best their Breed"
their unique and timeless design as well as their international
appeal keep them highly sought after around the globe. Original
Grand Wagoneers in this condition are very hard to find and demands
consideration.
