The door panels and carpeting are also in very good condition, as is its impressive chrome-adorned instrument panel. Under the hood is a rebuilt 239 CID flathead V-8, which is mated to a rebuilt three-speed manual transmission. This Super Deluxe also benefits from a rebuilt rear-end. Still running on its original 6-volt electrical system, the battery has been upgraded to an 8-volt for improved starting and operation. Owned and enjoyed by its most recent owner for the past 10 years, this car runs and drives as well as it looks.
A few items of note are that minor imperfections in the finish and chrome do not detract from the overall appearance of the car. In addition, the clock and radio are not currently functioning. Total mileage is unknown.
