Vehicle Description
1969 Buick Skylark Custom Hardtop
Description
When it came to going upscale Buick was towards the top of the GM
pile. This example is a very true to original Skylark Custom.
Powered by a correct 350 2V V8 with a Turbo 350 transmission and a
2.56 rear end it goes down the rode straight and smooth. The
distinct body lines of the 69 Skylark were enhanced with a sweeping
stainless trim piece that runs from the top of the fender to just
in front of the rear wheel well where it meets the wheel lip trim
and continues across the quarter panel, for a smooth clean line
that really catches the eye. This one is finished in original and
correct Crystal Blue with a black vinyl top and blue bench seat
interior. The paint, chrome and stainless are all immaculate as is
the vinyl interior trim and door panels. Underneath it is clean and
solid. Driving this one is a pleasure with the power steering and
working factory air conditioning. The divergence from original are
the 5 spoke American Racing wheels in Gray with black wall radial
tires. If you want the look and feel of Buick's most classy entry
to the mid level performance market of the late 60's that runs,
looks, and drives super this one is just right for your.
