Vehicle Description
This custom 1957 Chevy Bel Air 2-door post sedan is the result of a
frame-off restoration and was completely upgraded. The car build
includes modifying the frame to hold a GM Performance 502ci Ram Jet
crate engine linked to a GM Turbo 400 automatic transmission. A
Ford 9" Detroit Locker rear end brings the power to the rear
wheels. It is equipped with four-wheel disc brakes, Global West
tubular upper and lower control arms and coilover suspension.
Low-profile tires are mounted on 17" Billet Specialties wheels with
8" front and 10" rear rims. The interior is original-style with
front white bench seat with teal inserts, new teal carpet and
matching seatbelts. Modern conveniences include power windows, air
conditioning, new gauges by Classics Instruments and a Pioneer
satellite radio stereo system.
