1970 GTO Hardtop Coupe.This GTO is a Numbers Matching 4-speed car.
No column shift automatics here.... Fitted from the factory with a
400/350 horse engine and an M20 4 speed those original components
are still present today. The equipment list, which brought the MSRP
of this GTO to $4045.57 in 1970 includes 4 speed trans,
safe-t-track differential, push button radio, rear speaker, custom
sport steering wheel, rally gauge cluster with tachometer, console,
power disc brakes, tinted windshield, rear window defroster and
reclining bucket seats.Currently finished in Cardinal Red with a
beautiful original red cloth interior this car left the Pontiac
factory in 1970 finished in Palladium Silver. The color change has
been done beautifully including all areas so no evidence of silver
is left on the car. Rally wheels, a matching spare, and raised
white letter tires are very good. The under-hood area is very
correct with an excellent 4 bar snorkel air cleaner. Original
exhaust tips, original trunk mat and jack, 100 percent dry and
rust-free trunk. This car has never been rusty, not your typical
rust bucket GTO with all kinds of replacement metal. The paint is a
nice quality most likely done quite a while ago but still is
presentable with the occasional bump or bruise.Dash is mint with no
crack's; all gauges correct and work including factory tach. Wood
wheel is factory and very correct. The interior presents itself as
a very nice original- no rips, tears or abnormalities. PHS docs all
verify everything above, reproduction window sticker as well. We've
done a complete check and service and this car is ready willing and
able to run and run.Drive it, show it, keep it in a bubble and
polish it as a prized possession, the choice is yours once you make
