Almost all 328s are Red/Tan, but here’s a terrific, rarely-seen color combination of Nero Black with Crema leather & Black carpets. Even better, it has just 7000 miles!! This 3-owner beauty has a damage-free CarFax history supporting the mileage and has just completed a major servicing that included much more than just the usual cam belts.
Of course, our shop replaced the belts, plus the tensioner bearings and adjusted the valves. It also received cam seals and the updated water pump, brake fluid flush and all hoses—including those coolant ones that run through the rocker panels that usually never get changed. Due to prolonged storage, the entire fuel system was gone through to remove all old residue, new Bosch injectors installed and even the air conditioning compressor was replaced. The car now runs and drives just like it did originally and is a great-feeling, tight 328. Particular attention was given to thoroughly detailing the original interior to restore its freshness and our paint specialists spent several days carefully claying and polishing the paint. Fortunately, the car has none of the typical ‘80s add-ons like trouble-prone alarm systems, intrusive stereos or an analog phone.
The car is complete with its leather pouch of owner’s books, both tool kits and has new premium Continental tires. Since ’89 is the most sought-after 328 (being the last model year and the only one with ABS brakes), finding one so unique is doubly appealing!
