Vehicle Description
This 1979 Fiat Spyder 2000 was sold new on April 30, 1979, with two
miles, by Dale Herbert Imports of Mission Viejo, CA, to long-time
editor of Surfer Magazine, Paul R. Haven. After his passing, the
family sold the car on November 30, 2009, when it had 151 miles.
Over the next four years it was trailered to three concours shows
and placed First, Second and Third. The car was purchased by its
current owner in 2014 and now has 276 original miles. It is powered
by a 2000cc 4-cylinder engine with Weber carburetion and a 5-speed
manual transmission.
