Numbers-Matching R-Code w/ Deluxe Marti Report
This 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 Fastback was built in the San Jose plant on April 28th, 1969, which happened to be six days behind schedule. The engine block was produced on February 19th, 1969 and the heads (code 8k) in November of 1968. The current owner was able to verify that the correct rear end (9C28), the correct transmission (RUG AE 2), the correct carburetor (C9AF-M), the correct differential (WFD) and the correct 3.50:1 gears (9B) are all still in place. Additionally, all of the floors, frame rails, doors, fenders and torque boxes are 100% original without and visible rust, fillers or other damage.
