Vehicle Description
STK 2425 1935 Ford Slantback School Bus
This is not your everyday 'Blue Bird' school bus - a 1935 Ford
Slantback is about as rare as it gets. From the time-honored yellow
exterior to the bright red interior, it is truly unique. The steel
body was well prepped and the 2014 finish is in good condition. A
redesigned cloth/vinyl interior, modern front buckets, nice
carpeting, 'wet bar' and rear bench seating (three addl. bucket
seats are also included). The high ceiling is finished in wood
paneling and there is a grand rear 'Exit Door'. The dash appears to
have been patterned after a late '50s Chevy Impala and holds Omega
vintage-style gauges. Under the hood is a GM350 small block crate
motor equipped with high-rise intake, Holley 4V and HEI
distributor. It is mated to a 700R4 automatic. This unique bus
rests on a set of custom alloy wheels, each held firmly in place
with eight lug bolts. The chassis is equipped with a 23-gal. fuel
tank, power steering and power assisted front disc/rear drum
brakes. Our amazing 'Street Bus' is a dependable classic that has
already rambled many miles around the east coast. The new owner is
going to have great fun touring in this very unconventional Blue
Oval Slantback. ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS IS".
