consideration. This is a one owner vehicle that is done right from
top to bottom - some key details include; recently rebuilt 390
cubic inch V8 motor (using original block), aluminum heads and
intake, race cam, Aerolite AMC Valve Covers by California Classic
AMC, MSD ignition and fuel injection, Doug's headers, Borge-Warner
Super T-10 4-speed manual transmission, factory Hurst shifter, Dana
model 20 Posi-Traction, custom wheels and newer tires, Can-Bus
electrical system with LED lights throughout car, Dakota Digital
dash, electric cut-outs, 4 wheel Wilwood power disc brakes, lowered
3" around, electric power steering, Cal-trac traction bars and much
more. The interior was also completely refinished with leather by
Paul's interior here in Michigan in the last year. The engine has
about 100 miles on it since the build was completed by Wrenchers in

The�AMC Javelin�is an American front-engine, rear-wheel-drive,
two-door�hardtop�manufactured and marketed by�AMC�across two
generations, 1968-70 and 1971-74. American Motors' Javelin served
as the company's entrant into the "pony car" market created by
the�Ford Mustang. The design evolved from two AMX prototypes shown
in AMC's "Project IV" concept cars during 1966. One was a
fiberglass two-seat "AMX", and the other was a four-seat "AMX II".
Both of these offerings reflected the company's strategy to shed
its "economy car" image and appeal to a more youthful,
performance-oriented market.
