exhaust pipes, and at the rear of the truck, where the
externally-mounted spare tire has another fat ring of chrome around
it.Mercedes crafted one very opulent cabin for this workhorse. From
the driver's seat, the switches for the power windows, side
mirrors, and power-operated seat are tucked at right angles into a
distant corner of the door panel. An infotainment screen sits atop
the center console which, in our test vehicle, came surrounded with
