Miles: 21643 In 1990 Chevrolet introduced the Corvette ZR-1,
affectionately nick named "The King of The Hill" Working with Lotus
engineering a dual overhead 4 cam, 32 valve engine was designed.
This high winding power plant produced 375 horsepower (130 more
than the standard Corvette engine). The engine was assembled by
Mercury Marine because they had the means to mass produce engines
with more precise tolerances than what the GM was able to build at
that time. The ZR-1 package also included wider rear body panels, a
different tailight facia, selective ride & handling package, 17 x
9.5 front aluminum wheels and 17 x 11 rear wheels, ZR rated tires,
premium sound package and solar treated glass. This option package
was $32,000 in addition to the $33,635 base price of the Corvette.
This Collector Quality 1992 ZR-1 is one of the finest examples of a
1992 ZR-1 that you will find. It is a 2 top car and comes with its
original window sticker. The Dual Overhead Cam, 350 cubic inch, V8
power plant runs like a champ and the car shifts smoothly through
