Vehicle Description
This is one strong running, good looking, big orange Ford! Pickups
from the 70s are more popular than ever these days so jump on this
before it's gone!
There is just something right about the stance of this truck. It
looks like it's chomping at the bit to get to work or maybe to go
out and play. It might have something to do with the way it sits up
tall on those 33s mounted on the chrome Pacer wheels. Or maybe its
that bright and shiny orange paint. People definitely notice when
this truck rolls into town. A new front bumper underlines the
polished brightwork surrounding the eggcrate grill flanked by
square headlights. More brightwork runs down the side of the truck
from front to rear and a new back bumper has dual exhaust tips
peeking out from underneath of it. The tailgate looks sharp with
Ford in script surrounded by silver with polished trim above and
below it, and the inside of the bed has a nice coat of spray on bed
liner to protect it.
Open the door and you will find a really sharp looking black
interior. The door panel looks brand new and it has a big 'ol
armrest for comfortable cruising while you're rolling down the
road. A two spoke wood tone steering wheel is wrapped in a
breathable vinyl cover for a good comfortable grip. The dash also
has a bit of wood tone trimming out the familiar and sensibly laid
out dash with the gauges clearly visible on either side of the
speedometer and with controls that fall easily to hand. A Pioneer
FM/CD player is there for your listening pleasure and a Hurst
shifter for the 4-speed manual transmission pops out of the floor
just in front of the 4WD selector lever. The carpets look brand new
and are protected by Ford blue oval floor mats. A nice headliner
and a sliding rear window put the finishing touches on good looking
interior.
Pop the hood and you will find a 360 cubic inch motor standing tall
and looking good in a neat and clean engine bay. A black Ford
Racing air topper and black, Powered by Ford valve covers look
great. A new radiator keeps things running cool, and there are
piles of other new parts on the chassis and engine. They include; a
new gas tank and fuel pump, a new power steering pump, stabilizer
and shaft, tie rods, drag link, front springs, shocks all around,
just about every part of the brake system front and rear including
calipers, wheel cylinders, and even new lines and emergency brake
cable. Solid axles front and rear get the power to those
33x12.50R15 Mud Claw tires, and a new exhaust system completes the
picture and gives the truck a nice healthy sound.
Come on down and climb on up in this big orange Ford. It's a heck
of a truck that's just chomping at the bit to get out there to work
hard and play hard.
