This 1966 Dodge Coronet convertible is for sale in our Louisville
KY showroom. The Cornet was released in the 49 lines up as MOPAr5's
first postwar body style. It would go through many different
renditions throughout its 30+ years but the most memorable has to
be the 5th generation line up. This example was a frame off
restoration with a build book that documents the progress. Taken
down to bare metal and starting from there it was painted back to
its original color. The convertible top was redone as well with the
black vinyl still being in excellent condition. Hit the button and
watch as the she folds down exposing that beautiful blue sky Under
the hood is the original numbers matching 318 which was rebuilt
during the build as well. The 727 had the same attention shown,
gone through and built back to factory spec. The interior in the
car was redone at the same time with the bench being covered in
black vinyl which shows great on this car. The factory AC is a
great touch and an option rarely seen on Mopar's especially
convertibles. The original hubcaps are a great touch and give it
that original look with the newer style radial tires giving it a
better feel of the road. If you have been wanting a droptop MOPAR
that is original but won't break the bank this Coronet is a great
candidate. Options on this AC, AM Radio, Power Top, Power Brakes,
Power Steering, Vinyl Interior, Hubcaps and Radial Tires. To view
