What better choice than a desirable model year, 1970, which is
quite distinctive due to its short run and improvements over the
other desirable year, 1969?� �What we have here is a fine example
of a 1970 T-top which is "all there" and will make a nice driver
with great restoration potential.� �It comes equipped with the
original 350/300 engine having the matching numbers (VIN and CTG
suffix) correctly displayed on the engine pad, mated with the
original Turbo 400 Automatic transmission.� Other options include
power steering, power brakes, Air Conditioning (which is all
complete and original, fans work, and likely, if charged would blow
cold).� � �Original carburetor is present.� Just recently it went
thorough a thorough mechanical and cosmetic rejuvenation process.�
It has the original master cylinder, new brakes all around ($1500
value), vacuum works and operates the headlights properly .� A new
starter has been installed. It came from the factory painted
Marlboro Maroon (975), with Black interior all original.� Sometime
in its early life it received a Red lacquer paint which� has now
oxidized and will need to be re-done.� Body is extremely straight,
panels align properly,� frame is very clean, exhaust is fully
functional Car starts right away, has 70 pounds of oil pressure,
shifts as it should.� American Racing mag wheels are adding a
period-correct look.� Tires will need to be replaced.� It shows 33K
miles which are very possible actual miles.� There is documentation
showing that in 1987 it had 30K miles, then it progressively got to
33K as shown by receipts and repair orders throughout the years.�
�Also, in the last 13 years (since 2005) car was stored and did not
move at all.� All in all, due to its originality, low miles and
significance, this is a very nice candidate to a gradual
