Deluxe is a perfect candidate for a night on the town. With a
chromed out Tuned Port 350ci V8, vintage a/c, and a gorgeous
two-tone blue and silver all steel body, this car is ready to be
enjoyed today!
The pride of a local North Carolina gentleman who built this car to
enjoy with his family, this street rod is the perfect power tour
vehicle. The only reason its up for sale is that gentleman passed
away and the family didn't want to see it rot away.
The first obvious questions is an easy YES - bring your magnets,
because there isn't any panel of this car that is fiberglass. The
all steel body was then shot in a gorgeous two-tone dark blue and
silver paint job that is just stunning. It was buffed and polished
to a near perfect shine and then a tasteful amount of pinstripping
can be found here and there on the car. They then shaved the door
handles, hood latches - replaced with a chrome allen head bolt, and
installed a recessed antenna.
In the engine bay you'll find the tuned-port V8 that features power
steering, power front disc brakes, vintage A/C and chrome
everything under the hood to show off at the local car show. The
front clip appears to be an A-body front clip that affords you the
ability to have a power steering box, front sway bar and the front
power disc brakes. And let me tell you, this car rides down the
road better than most Mustang II front clips.
Inside the blue and silver theme continues with a two-tone leather
interior that features a power front driver's seat, tilt wheel, ice
cold A/C and a great sound system that makes it a great place to
log miles from. If you are looking for a car for the Power Tour or
to enjoy on the weekends, this is it! Everything works the way its
suppose to and all the evidence points to this car being built with
the sole purpose of being enjoyed on the open road!
