Work under my ownership has included a body-off repaint in red and
white, reupholstering the interior, rebuilding the 4.2L inline-six,
and more.
Features include manually-engaged front hubs, rear troopie-style
seating, a folding windscreen, and grey painted steel
wheels.
The truck is equipped with a 4-speed manual.
This FJ is offered for sale with copies of all import
documentation, restoration certificate and a clean Florida
title.
It received a repaint in its original red, and the white hard top
was refinished at the same time.
New front and rear bumpers were installed during the updates, and
the prepped side-steps are shown in the gallery.
The grey steel wheels carry a set of BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A K02
tires.
The interior was refinished with new grey upholstery, rubber floor
mats, seatbelts, and door cards.
An Alpine radio has been installed on the center dash, and
aftermarket speakers have been added to the door cards.
The 4.2L inline-six, 4-speed manual transmission, and transfer case
were rebuilt.
The chassis and numerous other parts were sand-blasted and coated
with an anti-corrosive primer, then painted and sealed.
In the past month, the truck was serviced with an oil change.
It is a strong driver.
