Vehicle Description
This 1979 Ford Bronco came out of New Mexico and we purchased from
the grandson of the original owner. It is an XLT Ranger and the
truck has been repainted in it's original colors of Midnite Jade
and Wimbledon White. The paint looks very nice with only some minor
stone chips form driving. The body is rust free and the underside
has no rot and is solid. The interior was in good shape except for
the seats, so those have been freshly recovered and they look like
new.
The engine has been rebuilt around 10,000 miles ago and it is the
400M V8. It runs excellent and is quiet and has great power. The
dual exhaust has a great tone and is newer. The Transmission is the
C6 Automatic and it has the NP203 Transfer Case. We drove this a
good distance and it ran great. The steering felt a little loose so
we had tie rod ends put on to help fix that problem. Some other
nice things to note is a rebuilt carb recently, newer radiator,
factory roll bar, and new Rims & Tires (33X12.5X15).
Some cool factory options to go along with the factory roll bar are
front & rear sway bars, 3.50 gears, and Limited Slip Differential
Front & Rear. Also Rear Tire Carrier, AC, vent Rear Windows, Hood
Lock, and Dual Front Shocks. This is one loaded up rig!!!
We pride ourselves in locating vehicles we would want in our own
personal collection. We hand pick each vehicle, drive it, inspect
it, and make sure it is ready for you to enjoy! We drive what we
sell so that we can give you a first hand and accurate report on
how the vehicle runs and drives.
