During the 2004 model year, a 24 Hours of Le Mans Commemorative
Edition package (RPO's Z15 & Z16) were offered as an option for all
three C5 models (fastback coup�, convertible, Z06) in celebration
of the C5-R "1-2" in-class finishes at Le Mans. The package
consisted of a special paint color ("Le Mans Blue Metallic"); shale
two-tone leather interior (coup�s and convertibles only); and wide,
silver-and-red stripes optionally applied down the center of the
car (Z06 only). This is one of the Z15 Commemorative Edition
convertibles. This particular car came from the estate of a
Corvette collector in our area. It is a one owner car that was
purchased by him brand new. This Vette has been kept with his
others and stored indoors since he first picked it up for the
Chevrolet dealership . He would periodically start the cars and/or
take them out for a quick cruise to keep the miles low on his
collection but yet let the cars run and engine be brought up to
temperature. The odometer on this one reads 259 miles and is the
lowest mileage in the collection. This car is truly beautiful in
the Lemans Blue paint and is everything you would expect from a 259
mile car! This is 1 of the 2.659 Commemorative Edition convertibles
built and this may well be the lowest mile one available today. Not
only was this car ordered with the Commemorative edition package
but it was also ordered with the Magnetic selective ride control,
CD 12 disc remote changer, 3:15 performance axle ratio, and body
side moldings so it is quite nicely equipped. If you're looking for
