For sale in our Nashville showroom is this 1969 Volkswagen Karmann
Ghia survivor. The Karmann Ghia has always been a cult car.
Collectors all over the world appreciate the clean lines of its
timeless design, combined with the ruggedness of its Volkswagen
underpinnings. The Karmann Ghia was a sports car offered by
Volkswagen. The Karmann Ghia combined the chassis and and drive
train of the Volkswagen Beetle with the Italian styling of
Carrozzeria Ghia and hand-built bodywork by the German
coach-builder Karmann. This particular 1969 Karmann Ghia for sale
is a very drive able survivor and runs well. The original build and
body work has withstood the test of time with flying colors. The
low mileage (undocumented) engine in this VW is an original air
cooled 4 cylinder 1500cc engine from the VW factory and drives like
you'd expect a piece of German engineering! This engine is paired
with a manual 4-speed transmission that shifts very smoothly
through the gears. The exterior of the car retains the factory
paint color, that shows that well for its age and the body is
relatively dent free. The interior of the car is sports the 2+2
arrangement that the Volkswagen Karmann Ghia is known for, with
features including a later model CD player with AM/FM and rubber
floor covering. This 1969 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia has only 16,526
miles and is running strong. The car also features nice custom
items such as a German made roof rack and moon disc wheel covers.
Pick up this little gem and enjoy an authentic mid-century German
motoring experience just in time for spring! A $237.37 document fee
will be added to the sales price. All purchases may be subject to
any applicable tax, title, & licensing fees. For more information,
