Rare 10th Anniversary Platinum Silver 1979 Pontiac Trans
Am with the numbers matching
engine and is documented with build sheet, PHS, window sticker and
many receipts for the upgrades that have transformed this bird into
a ground pounding 600 horsepower muscle machine. The numbers
matching block has been built with all the best parts and
bored to
462 cubic inches and topped off with Kaufman Super Comp aluminum
heads, Tomahawk port matched intake and a Quick Fuel 850 cfm
carburetor. All that power is shifted through a Tremic TKO 600 5
speed manual transmission and put to the ground through the posi
rear with 3.73 gears. All the right Anniversary T/A features are
present like the spoilers, shaker hood, pinstriping, hood bird and
decals.
Lots of muscle but comfort too with
silver leather seating,
power steering, power disc brakes, air conditioning, power windows,
power locks, tach and gauges, stereo and T-tops that are in
excellent shape and are ready to be removed
for those sunny days. Rolling on new 17" aluminum snowflake wheels
wrapped in Nitto tires for corner carving performance and a wicked
stance.
