generation M hoped to bring the fight to the European sports sedans
with a bevy of technology and potent power plants. The top of the
line sportiest M56S model featured upgraded suspension, speed
sensitive steering and a powerful 5.6L V8 engine that produced an
impressive 420hp and 417lb-ft of torque. A standard 7-speed
automatic transmission and a drive mode selector with snow, sport,
