This Pro Touring 1969 Camaro is a recent rotisserie restoration with just 2,500 miles since completion. The stance is killer on this car and it’s been as reliable as it is good looking. It has a just-finished look from top to bottom and was built to be driven and enjoyed.
The two-stage paint has an excellent color sanded finish and was applied to a bare metal refinish of the body. The stripes are buried under the clear for a high quality, smooth show quality finish. All of the chrome and trim on the body is new and the glass is in good condition as well.
The interior features all soft parts including the seats, carpeting, headliner, dash, and door panels. All of the wiring is new and the gauges are Dakota Digital replacements that fit perfectly into the stock dash. Keeping the passenger compartment cool is a Vintage Air system.
Sporting American Racing 17” wheels up front and 20” x 12” in the rear, the stance of the Camaro is hunkered down and mean looking. The rear end is mini tubbed with inboarded springs and a beefy Ford 9”. Up front are tubular control arms and Wilwood brakes on all 4 corners bring this beast to a halt.
The engine compartment is clean as a whistle and is finished in classic GM semi-gloss black. Front and center is an LS1 with long tube headers that exit through FlowMaster mufflers. The AC compressor is mounted via a Kwik Performance bracket and an aluminum radiator with dual fans keep things cool in the hot summer months. The transmission is a 6-Speed T56 with 3.73 gearing in the 9”. Acceleration is snappy off the line, and highway cruising is awesome with the double overdrive set up.
