Vehicle Description
Vintage Motorcars is proud to present this 1970 Chevrolet Nova
Yenko Tribute. This classic Nova has the looks, the sound and the
power to back it up! This classic Chevy is the recipient of a
comprehensive restoration, and has seen only minimal miles since to
assure the restoration still looks fresh.
Let's start with the GM 427 / 425hp big block powerplant. This is
one of the most legendary engines in the history of GM, and this
one will certainly not disappoint! Check under the hood, and you
will notice a set of ceramic coated headers to increase
performance, and power brakes to help this Bow Tie stop! If you are
going to build a Yenko tribute... you better have the right engine,
and this one has it! Be ready to hit the roads looking for a race,
because this Nova is no sleeper! The classic Yenko stripe package
lets everyone know you mean business!
Speaking of the right parts... this tribute also features a Muncie
4-speed manual transmission that is also 100% true to Yenko. The
transmission shifts perfectly through the gears with absolutely no
issues! All that power is transferred to a 12 bolt rear and with
4:11 gears and positraction.
The exterior shows beautifully in a superb Black paint job and
correct Yenko striping. The paint was laid professionally, and
looks like it is about 6 layers deep! All the sheet metal is
straight as an arrow, and all the gaps look 100% correct. This is a
very well-built Nova that will not disappoint.
The classic interior is all new, and features only the essentials.
The 8,000 RPM tach shows you mean business! The simplicity of the
Nova shines through in this car, and all the necessary items have
been replaced.
All this beauty and power is sitting on a set of steel wheels and
dog-dish hubcaps wrapped in Firestone Wide Oval tires to complete
the retro look of 1970.
This is an extremely well-built Nova that went through a
comprehensive restoration that is sure to excite on the roads as
well as make the next owner beam with pride at the shows!
