Technical data for the rebuilt motor is as follows: 8.1:1 compression, balanced pistons and rods, case machined, factory 69mm crankshaft, Scat C35 cam with Scat #20037 light weight lifters, steel push rods, factory rocker arms, stock VW heads with 35.5mm intakes and 32mm exhaust valves, match ported, new exhaust valve guides, seats re-ground, Schadek 26mm oil pump, VW factory mains, Mahle rod bearings, Mahle dual thrust cam bearings, Elhring gaskets & seals, stock factory flywheel (approx. 16 lbs), exhaust: Dansk heater boxes with empty #3602 Tuck-Away header and mufflers. Other upgrades include Solex/Kadron 40/44 carburetors with aluminum manifolds and Scat linkage, Multi-fuel rubber hoses, 28mm ventures, .060 idle jets, .130 main jets, Vac port in left carburetor, Sachs 200mm clutch disc and pressure plate, Pertronix #1 electronic SVD 34 distributor with flamethrower coil.
