For Sale: 1930 Ford Model A in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan

Vehicle Description

This car still needs some final reassembly. The first two pictures are of the car in 2015 just before it underwent down to bare metal repaint, new drive line and new wheels/tires. It will look better than this when back together.
Car is still in-process of being completed - have everything needed to finish. Included with pictures are shots of some of the recent upgrades and work in-process.
* BODY: Steel Body, unmolested original style with fabric/vinyl roof, all steel except fiberglass front and rear fenders.
* PAINT: Every body panel (plus fenders) was stripped, then primed, blocked, color coated - 2 coats of GM "Red Hot" (2016 Camaro color) and 3 coats clear. Show quality paint!
* FRAME: Original Model A frame, boxed full-length with 2 additional cross members for increased torsional strength.
* REAR SUSPENSION: triangulated ladder bar type fully adjustable with strong panhard bar, fully-adjustable coil-over 
mounted shocks mounted to frame at 15 degree angles.
* FRONT SUSPENSION: Original Mustang II updated with tubular upper and lower A-frames. 2" lowered coil springs. 
Standard front shocks. Dialed-in to factory MII caster/camber specs.
* STEERING: Manual - Mustang II type rack & pinion, Chevrolet Astro Van 32" steering column. All new custom-fitted 
D-type shaft with Borgenson u-joints phased correctly.
* REAR AXLE: 1972 Camaro 8.5" housing narrowed 2.5" each side, new Moser c-clip axles, inner/outer bearings and seals 
3.08:1 ratio, completely set-up by Detroit Driveline Specialists.
* DRIVESHAFT: Custom-built for the car, new u-joints.
* TRANSMISSION: 1991 Chevrolet 700R4, 4-speed, completely rebuilt, set-up for street all the updated (stronger) internals,
refurbished street torque converter, original/stock type cable. 
* ENGINE: 1979 Chevrolet 350cid bored .030 over to 355, hot-tanked, new cam bearings, expansion plugs, drain plugs, crank 
was reground to .010 under on both main and rod journals. new Silvolite Hypereutectic flat-top notched pistons, Hastings 
rings, hand-fitted semi-floating stock connecting rods, Clevite 77 rod and main bearings, Milodon hi-pressure/hi-volume oil 
pump, new oil pan, new timing cover, Cloyes double-roller timing chain with matching sprockets, Lunati Voodoo camshaft, 
new matching Voodoo lifters, new push rods, Cylinder heads 1.94 intakes/1.50 exhaust valves (3 angled). Edlebrock 
Performer intake, 625cfm Street Demon Carburetor. Estimated Compression 9.5:1, conservative 350 hp, with 375 lb.ft. of 
torque.
* COOLING SYSTEM: Walker custom radiator, 180 thermostat, new Wieand water pump, all new hoses and connections. 
Perma-Cool 16" electric fan, "puller" style, thermostatically controlled with manual over-ride. Rated at 2900 CFM
* EXHAUST: 2 ½ system from headers to "X" pipe to 20" Magnaflow round case mufflers to tailpipes exiting out just under 
rear bumper. 
* FUEL: new 1932 Ford style rear mounted 16 gallon steel tank
* BRAKES: New firewall mounted Corvette Type dual master cylinder with 7" vacuum booster, Front: MII 9" front discs Rear: 
1972 Camaro rebuilt stock drum brakes. Chevy bolt pattern F&R.
* EMERGENCY BRAKE: 1940 Chevrolet style mounted under dash left-side. Uses Lokar cables throughout. 
* INTERIOR: Metal floor panels (3) front-to-rear (Bitchin' Products), Newly installed gray headliner, includes door and rear 
side panels, 1994 Ford Focus gray/charcoal front bucket seats firmly mounted to crossmember and body, rear seat (yet to be 
fitted, is from Ford Focus.
* ELECTRICAL: Complete 24 panel E-Z Wire system front-to-rear, modern fuse panel up under dash, wires are all proper gage 
and color coded with component designation letter-stamped every 6". Features behind-rear-seat 12V AGM OPTIMA "red-
top" Battery 910 CCA with #2 positive/negative cables up to firewall - where neg. cable connects to shut-off switch. Rear 
taillights are '32 style LED type for stop/running/directional, front headlights are 12v halogen large sealed-beam type with 
cowl mounted lights for running and LED directional lights mounted in front bumper. Features AM/FM-CD radio under dash.
* WHEELS: 15"x7" American Racing Torque-Thrust II polished aluminum with 3.5" backspace
* TIRES: New Khumo 225x70R/15 rear and 205x65R/15 front with chrome stems.
* Bumpers - Front: original '30 style, Rear:'32 with "shorty" chrome mounting brackets.
* Some of Special Features: Wood-look dashboard, VDO gages (Speedometer/Odometer, "Petrol", Amps, Oil Pressure, Coolant 
Temp.) tilt-column, stalk-mounted directional signals, fused electrical system with total disconnect switch, hi-low beam switch 
under dash, bug/debris screen in front of Radiator, Aoogah Horn, all new wood block body-to-frame mounts. Carb linkage 
perfectly compatible and set-up for 700R4. Summit high-torque starter, 100 amp/1-wire alternator, 1980 style HEI distributor 
with ACCEL 50k volt coil, ACCEL plug wires and new Champion plugs.

The splash shields, running boards and front-end needs to be put back together and the interior needs to be finished. Have door and side interior panels. With all the features, especially its paint finish, the car has strong potential to be worth way more than the asking price. Clear Michigan Title. Was registered...no issues there. Motivated seller - I love this car but have to let it go due to health.
