Vehicle Description
****SELL PENDING**** The C-3 series of Corvettes were perhaps the
catalyst of all subsequent Corvettes styling. The unique lines and
shape have been carried over even up until the C7's. The LT-1
engine debuted in 1970 and was a hit among Corvette motorheads. It
was essentially a solid lifter version of the well known and loved
small block. Road racers welcomed the new motor since the
horsepower was up and it's light weight kept the Corvette's balance
under control. This beautiful 1970 Corvette has the numbers
matching LT-1 block but performance components were installed on
this particular car. High performance aluminum heads, intake
carburetor, ignition and more were added however all parts were
retained and will be made available to the new buyer. It does
retain its original Muncie 4-Speed manual transmission, rear end,
power disc brakes and power steering. The interior is also original
and shows minor wear from enjoying the car. The owner seeks $44.5K
for this iconic Corvette but might consider other reasonable
offers. The car is located in Hixson, TN just 15 mins north of
Chattanooga. Inspections are welcomed and encouraged by appointment
only. Financing and transportation assistance available to
qualified buyers. ******************DISCLAIMER: PLEASE READ
