for your consideration. 1946 was the first year of production after
the war, and not much had changed since the 1942 model right before
the war. This particular car was restored in the early 1990's and
still shows very well. It is finished in Blue metallic and shows
very well. The interior is in immaculate condition.
The '46 Ford has a steel body that sits on a mid-70's Chevrolet
Monte Carlo chassis. It is powered by a 454 v8 paired to an
automatic transmission. The engine was given a Edelbrock 4 barrel
carburetor. The car runs and handles very well. It features power
steering, power brakes with discs in the front, power windows,
power seats, shaved door handles with remote entry, air
conditioning, cruise control, tilt steering wheel, Clarion
AM/FM/cassette player, Weiand valve covers, Accel distributor,
Moroso wires, electric cooling fans and more. This is a very nice
and solid, honest cruiser that is ready for its next owner.
