Vehicle Description
1967 marked a pivotal year for the Mustang, as this was the first
time since the first generation made its debut that vast changes
were made to the Mustang. Making it larger and having many more
engine options than before. It also eliminated some things that did
not make sense.
GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1967 Ford Mustang GT 500
Tribute car. The power plant consists of a healthy 390 v8 paired to
a C6 automatic transmission. The car was acquired from Washington
and was restored by a professional local body shop. The car was a
labor of love and the car surely proves that. The car has an
Edelbrock water pump, Edelbrock aluminum heads, headers, Dual
Holley 4 barrel carburetors, MSD ignition, MSD coil, MSD
distributor, Kenwood CD player, Autometer gauges, TSW wheels with a
front disc brake set up, dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers,
fiberglass hood and more. The Body shows very well and was well
done. The interior remains in excellent condition as well.
The Ford Mustang has remained a staple in the American automotive
diet for 50 years with the first and second generation cars still
leading the way in popularity. Examples such as this are highly
desirable as they remain affordable classics that possess much
drivability and are proven investments. Call or email for more
details.
