Vehicle Description
This 1980 Pontiac Tran Am is a true survivor. Unrestored in
beautiful condition; original paint, interior, engine. This is a
one of a kind in this condition that runs like a new car. How do
you make a 38 year old Minnesota car a rust free collectible? You
buy a beautitiful black Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. You only drive
it in the Summer on dry days for the first 10 years, hide it for
the next 20 years, then only drive it in the Summer for the next 8
years again. This Starlight Black 1980 Trans Am was purchased new
in Rochester Minnesota. The first owner showed it nothing but
Summer love for the first 10 years and 11,000 miles. A collector
purchased it and hid it away for the next 20 years, never letting
it see the light of day. The next collectors only drove it enough
in the Summer to put 2605 miles on it. That's how you make a super
low mileage Minnesota rust free original survivor in excellent
condition! The 301 V-8 is original and stock, only having the
cooling system worked on to include a new radiator, waterpump, and
heater core. The exhaust has been updated with glass packs. New
tires and American Racing wheels have been fitted to the car. This
car is ready to drive, and meant to be driven. ( But try to keep
the miles down - if you can! ) Your Beautiful 1980 Firebird Trans
Am will have the original: Starlight Black paint, Carmine
interior, engine, and drivetrain. It is well equipped with power
disc brakes (front), power steering, A/C, cruise control, and tilt
wheel. If an inaccurate automobile price is inadvertently listed on
