Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to offer a sweet little
1955 Ford Thunderbird. When one thinks of a classic car, it's tough
not to think of a first-generation T-Bird. Built in response to the
Chevrolet Corvette, Ford's Thunderbird went through many changes
through its production but is stilled loved by many. The power
plant is a 312 CID V8 and is coupled to an automatic transmission.
This car recently had the power steering system rebuilt, along with
a soft top added as well. It sits on wire wheels wrapped in white
wall tires that are in good condition. This bird would make for a
great driver around town or even take it to your local car show.
This first-generation car features seating for two, a soft
convertible top, and hard top. The two-tone red on white interior
is in good condition and truly compliments the car. All the gauges,
and components appear to be original to the car and are in good
condition. This one has the optional hard top which gives some more
insulation in the colder months. Other nice options include power
seat, power brakes, and telescopic wheel. For even more information
