This beautiful 1979 Cadillac Coupe deVille has only 28,500 sparingly used well cared for original miles. This car comes from my family members personal collection. It was acquired from the second owner, who purchased it in the year 2000 from the original owner. This translates into an average of 750 miles per year, amazing! It is powered by the last of Cadillac’s best for the era the 7.0L/425cid V8 motor pushing out 180hp, mated with the TH400 turbo-hydromatic automatic transmission. The Cerulean Blue Firemist paint shines brilliantly with only a few minor imperfections due to age of the vehicle and the padded Light Blue Elk grain half vinyl roof is blemish free. The Antique Blue leather interior is in excellent condition and that also goes for the carpets, door panels and dashboard not a mark on them. Under the hood is immaculate for an almost 40 year old automobile, the trunk is spotless and comes with the original inflatable spare. Underneath the car is incredibly clean with no rust and looking like it just came out of the showroom up front. This Coupe deVille has all the usual options and more; P/S, P/B ( front discs ), P/W, P/door locks, P/six-way drivers seat, cruise control, tilt & telescope steering wheel, Climate Control ( that blows freezing cold A/C in summer and comfortable warmth in the colder months ), AM/FM stereo cassette (that works perfectly ), P/antenna (works), Opera lamps ( both work when head lights are on ), the fiber optic amber, white and green fender signals on both sides work perfectly as does the rear stop and turn signal monitor when you look in the rearview mirror, driver and passenger remote outside mirrors, remote trunk release with button in glove box. The 1.6 inch P225R15/75 American Classic whitewalls are brand new and the turbine style hubcaps ( $56 option ) are scratch and road rash free and really shine with that big Cadillac crest in the center. The Chrome on the car is in very good condition along with the bumper guard strips which haven’t any scuff marks. What’s not to like about this Coupe deVille, it represents style and class as you just float down the highway at 70mph without a care in the world!
